Proactive Partner

What We Did:

We saw a regulation change on the horizon and proactively started reworking our customer’s formulations. Quickly and efficiently, we proposed a plan to rework the formula group for our customer — at a price comparable to their current formulation.

The Results:

The proactive changes we made as a group allowed our customer to outpace their competition in rolling-out of these updated formulas. Additionally, we were able to roll-out the new products in a way that minimized inventory scrap and appeared seamless to the brand’s consumers. This allowed us all to get in front of imminent OTC approval timelines, paying dividends for our customer.

What We Did:

We saw an opportunity in the market to develop a novel mechanism for formulation across one of our key product categories. Even before having a specific application for the new innovation, we went to work creating what we knew would be a huge value add to our customers base. Shortly after being awarded a patent for this innovative technology, we presented it to one of our customers and they leapt at the opportunity to incorporate it into their formulas.

The Results:

The new innovation had an immediate impact on the efficacy and efficiency of our customer’s product. Overnight, they were able to reduce their cost of goods sold by nearly 55% with a net positive impact on customer feedback. This new cost savings unlocked a whole new growth trajectory for them, leading them onto a pathway to a lucrative exit for the brand shortly thereafter.

Pushing the Envelope

What We Did:

After wasting thousands of dollars on other vendors, a brand came to us requesting a formulation that seemed impossible to produce. Drawing from our experience, we were able to produce the formulation, at scale, using innovative ingredients that saved the customer time and money.

The Results:

Our customer brought a product to market that beat their competitors and blew their consumers away. Even after they were satisfied, we kept working to improve the formula; good enough was not enough for us!

Calm in Crisis

What We Did:

Covid-19 caused an unprecedented challenge to brand supply chains as customers and companies shifted to online sales and demands changed rapidly. We’ve navigated and avoided supply chain interruptions from our customers by efficiently securing raw supply from the outset of the crisis. On top of that, we helped one of our leading brands bring a new sanitizer product to market within two weeks of their initial ask.

The Results:

Beyond zero disruptions to our existing customers’ purchase orders and supply chain, we were able to deliver a new sanitizer SKU ahead of our customers’ timeline expectation with no disruptions to our existing supply chain. We accomplished all of this while maintaining the same efficiency in production and pricing that our customers have come to expect from us.
